Let me start by saying that "the ranch" isn't really a ranch as of yet. Right now it currently consists of an RV, a trailer and a Subaru. No running water, minimal electricity supplied by solar and that's about it. There's not even a for real driveway. So why are we calling it a ranch?
This parcel is the future home of the San Luis Valley Sports Ranch. It will be a training facility for high altitude training for elite athletes, mainly rugby and soccer.
Over the next few days we will be taking many trips to the farm supply store and helping setup shop. Ginger will be here until Sunday and then it will be Lisa and I until Wednesday when I go back to Philly and then Lisa will be here by herself until Ginger moves permanently in December.
