To ring in 2009, Janine and I decided to get all glammed up and head out for a glamourous night on the town. We scored VIP tickets to the Glitter City Gala held at the National Constitution Center for their annual black tie bash. Yay! The event was sold out, but I found some on Craig's List so we really lucked out.
We helped out the economy by purchasing some new dresses, shoes and jewelry and proceeded to have a very lovely time drinking all the champagne in the joint! It was s great event and I would recommend it to anyone interested in doing something fancy for NYE.
